Creative XFI Sound Card front facing bay no sound through headphones? - front bay headphone jack

I have a Creative XFI sound card in my computer.
I put the headphones than 1 / 8-1 / 4 jack for headphones on the bay front panel
Headphone jack on the front bay, I have no sound in the headphones.
You have to avoid a place in the first view of the bay with the headset connected to that run through the back of your computer.

Can anyone help me with this?
You are not headphone volume on mute so I like to know what is the problem.
