Will a Rockford Fosgate P-300 mono amp push a kicker 10" l7? - rockford fosgate mono amp

I have a Rockford Fosgate P 300 clocked at 300 rms, and wondered whether there is sufficient power and a kicker 10 "l7 to run. Will hit hard? Am running this on a Toyota Tacoma extended cab.
